Routes - BERLIN SUBWAY (TML Studios)

BERLIN SUBWAY by TML studios

As much among you, I supervised the site of TML during long weeks, the curiosity poked by the presentation of this line and his advance. It is to say that one awaited them the turning as the screenshots appeared and, actually, the result is at the very least spectacular.
It should be said start that TML pushed the play in its last cuttings off while exploiting to the maximum of the possibilities until now ignored. And you will see how!
'The add one adopts the usual package, a beautiful solid case containing CD and a large handbook of 55 pages in English. Inserted CD, the installation starts by requiring a code which consists in giving Xičme word of the line n° X of page X of the handbook. Then, all goes relatively quickly, one can follow the calculation of the number of files to be copied. The program will create new folders, TML-Studios which contains the launcher of the play in Microsoft Games and routes_ugb which contains the two routes which are thus not placed in the folder ROUTES. In the same way two new files in the TRAINS will be created: trainset_ugb and consists_ugb. Lastly, an icon is placed on the desk, it is time to click above...
And there, surprised! The screen appears which you see opposite authorizing the adjustment of a certain number of option: visibility of the signals (big, medium and small), the choice of the type of camera, either it standard or a camera made in TML allowing an external sight, actually a sight before or back of the train what is already not badly, not allowing MSTS, in general, of external sight in the tunnels
.
"workshop" provides some adjustments and options on the trains of which I did not yet completely seize the importance but the trains thus prepared are sensitive to wear and can require a passage in workshop!
With the choice "people", it is possible for you to regulate the multitude on the station, from the desert to an important crowd, to determine according to the power of your machine. Malignant! It is then time to launch the play, thus appears finally usual launching and that is done very quickly.
The add one includes two lines of the subway of Berlin. The U2 line starts at the Ruhleben station, to the west, moves towards the east while passing by Bahnof Zoo, Wittenbergplatz, Alerxanderplatz to finish in Pankow, that is to say, in all, 29 stations. Each one is represented according to the original model, i.e. which they all are almost different! As for the tunnel, the realization is époustouflante, one is surprised to slow down to appreciate all the details of them, the shades and lights, the sounds still add to realism, it is a total immersion in the atmosphere of this subway, it hardly misses but the odors!
If you prefer a North-South way, choose then the U8 line which makes the Hermannstrasse-Wittenau way, that is to say 24 stations. Some are historically old, others are recent and present a design very "20th century". The mean velocity is at the neighbourhoods of 60 km/h. Some curves (in which you will intend to squeak the train) require passages to 25 km/h. Some short sections will make you leave the tunnel to go to breathe with the free air, it will be the moment to admire the urban landscape but that, to tell the truth, is not successful the most, one feels that it is not really this field which interested the creators the most, one go downquickly into underground with pleasure.
The provided rolling stock corresponds to that of the 2 lines, it includes only two trains, rather similar. Not much of flexibility nor of possibilities in control, it is zero or 100 ! Besides one sees already appearing patchs perso to modify the eng files obviously little worked, it is a little astonishing. Braking is a little more pleasant, progressive.
besides 48 activities allow correct use of the two lines, one notices that there is often work on the ways, it is true that certain portions have practically a century! The creation of perso activities is feasible, that is not really easy to implement because it is necessary to re-elect the folder of the routes, the little which I tested does not function or badly! Good, it is a training.
On the whole, if you are amateur of subway line, it is obviously an essential add one, getting a new and enthralling experiment, work carried out is truly seizing, completely fascinating recreated environment. One can think that there will be of them no others for MSTS and that a team as that of TML will be able to show all her capacities in a future play, that of Kuju, for example ...
