The pacific surfliner
is a line of approximately 120 miles (180 kms) between San Diego and Los
Angeles in California carried out by FACING NOT which has worked on this
route for practically two years. On the site, one explains us that work
was carried out directly with people from Amtrak in order to most accurately
restoring possible all the details of the route. |
r With this intention,
all the possible and conceivable means were used, in particular a numerical

The result is there!
Although it is an American line, one is not bored only one second so much
the direction of the detail allows to permanently as well collect the attention
in the landscape, changing, in the material. And there are largely time
to admire the decorations because the mean velocity of the trains is not
high on a not electrified line, sometimes in single track. The landscape
extends far from the ways, sometimes as far as the eye can see. The roads
are numerous, with many level crossings, alas, they are deserted, to believe
that the car is not used, in California. The structures are extremely well
carried out, in particular the many bridges, there are many indications
by panel along the ways. Indication uses this now widespread system which

With the line is also
